Rashtriya Bahu Uddeshiy samaj seva mandal (Reg.) Operated Priyadarshini Vidyamandir & night Junior & Senior College, Sector 7, Charkop, Kandivali (West), Mumbai-400 067. An institution at Mhada established Marathi and English medium for the first time from class 01 to 10 from the academic year 1990-91. The founder of the institution was Shri. S. S. Wagh Sir established schools and colleges.The institute has established a night college for the financially backward weak and underprivileged sections by joining the Priyadarshini Vidyamandir School operating in Mhada Colony from the academic year 2003-04. B.A and B.COM education of Mumbai University started in this college.Many students are sitting on great positions today after graduating from Night College.

Junior College

SYJC/FYJC Commerce

Second year junior college in commerce is the most important academic year in the student’s life as it throws open many career options for a student to choose from. And in today’s time with exceptionally high cut offs in new career streams like BMS/BAF/BFM/BBI/BMM etc, scoring high percentage is indispensable and mandatory. Hence the need of giving equal importance to all subjects has risen. Keeping this thought process in mind, we at PDLC have designed the SYJC programme customizing it to the students requirement by offering various subjects.

Rules and Regulations:

Attendance for regular classes and tests will be strictly monitored and any default there would be strictly dealt with.
During regular lectures and exams, nuisance of any sort will lead to Childs expulsion.
Parents must feel free to contact the professor to seek Childs performance by taking prior appointment.
Refund of fees will not be entertained after a lapse of one month from the time of taking admission.
Advance fees will not be refundable.

Bachelor of Commerce is a 3-year full time degree program. The Bachelor degree is affiliated to University of Mumbai. A number of subjects can be studied under disciplines of Commerce in conjugation like; accountancy, economics, mathematics, business, finance etc. Commerce offers foundation for many professional careers like Finance, Planning, Accountancy, Tax Practitioners, Banking and Broking etc., besides academics, research, and many more. Programme Outcome

The Programme provides a comprehensive broad based understanding of the burgeoning world of Commerce, Accountancy and Management. It also gives a purview of business Law; hones communication skills; enhances general knowledge, IT, mathematical and statistical skills, besides generating an eco- consciousness. The Programme prepares young learners to pursue professional Programmes such as CA, CMA and CS and readies them for employability.

Priyadarshini Vidyamandir & Night College Sector 7, Charkop, Kandivali (West) Mumbai 400 067. In this Mhada Colony, due to some unavoidable reasons, the opportunity of education to get education by working under Night College and the incumbent had to struggle to get promotion due to partial education. For this purpose, the Institute established a Study Center (31304) of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University at Priyadarshini Night College from 2004-2005. Various courses like BA / BCom / MA / JOUTNALISM are conducted under this study center. Students who are in government and semi-government services get degrees and higher degrees from these various courses. Also, after completing one year diploma courses in journalism, some journalist brothers are doing successful journalism today.
